Team comics

Team comics is a term coined by Comics Journal writer Tom Spurgeon to refer to various movements to publicize and improve the image of comics. The term is often used in a derogatory manner; Spurgeon has criticized the various team comics movements because they tend to discourage criticism of mediocre comics.
